Film
Preethi was passionate about film since childhood and moved to Hyderabad at a very young age. Did she make her debut with the film Uu Kodathara? Ulikki Padathara? as a child artist. In 2017, she got the first prominent role of Anjali in Malli Raava starring Sumanth and Aakanksha Singh.
In 2020, she rose to fame through Telugu film Pressure Cooker, playing the role of female lead Anitha opposite Sai Ronak. The following year, she appeared in A: Ad Infinitum as Pallavi and Seetimaarr as Kabbadi captain.

Apart from Telugu films, Preethi is quite popular in the Tamil television industry. She played the lead role of Shalini Rajesh in Sun TV’s Minnale for three years.
